- Delivery charges apply for orders falling below $200 after discount applicable.
- Delivery surcharge of $60 nett to one location up to 50 boxes.
- Delivery surcharge of $15 nett to one location for 1-5 boxes.
- Citibank's and RC Hotels’ decision on all matters relating to the Promotion will be determined at its reasonable discretion and is final and binding on all participants.
